Welcome to a Multivocal America

As the world returned to living in person following the Covid-19 pandemic while simultaneously grappling with increasing political and social division, I produced this special feature for National Arts & Humanities Month to illuminate how the arts can promote understanding and shift culture by tapping into our collective imaginations.

I oversaw the project from development to execution, identifying For Freedoms as the Mellon Foundation's grantee headline story, conducting pre-production interviews, hiring and managing freelance writers and video producers, and serving as copy editor. The project included multiple grantee stories and a video, “What is Multivocality, Anyway?” — the most watched video to date in the Foundation’s collection.
